The Storm of Clan Sakai Katana - Ghost of Tsushima Jin's Sword
Description
The Storm of Clan Sakai Daisho Set (大小) takes its design cues from Ghost of Tsushima. The set pairs a full-length Katana (大刀) with a matching Wakizashi (脇差). Both blades are forged from T10 high-carbon tool steel and finished through a six-stage hand-polishing process. Blade hardness is rated at 58 HRC.
The two blades have a traditional Shinogi-Zukuri (鎬造) profile, with full tang construction secured by bamboo Mekugi pins. The alloy Tsuba combines the Sakai Clan emblem with a storm-cloud pattern. Brass Seppa and a copper Habaki engraved with geometric waves complete the fittings.
Each wooden Saya has a glossy lacquer finish. The color begins in black near the Koiguchi and shifts into a red-and-black flame pattern toward the Kojiri. The handles are wrapped in black Ito over textured white rayskin. Shared fittings, colors, and decorative details tie the Katana and Wakizashi together as a display pair.
