Aogane Spark Wakizashi
Description
The Aogane Spark Wakizashi is a sharpened full tang short sword with a 1045 medium carbon steel blade, a grooved blade surface, and a blue-gold lacquered wooden saya. At 55 cm with the saya, it keeps the proportions compact while still carrying the visual presence of a full koshirae-style display piece.
The saya is the defining feature: a dark lacquered wood scabbard finished with dense blue, teal, and gold speckled patterning. The black handle wrap, white diamond-pattern underlay, black iron tsuba, and gold-tone habaki keep the palette sharp without relying on oversized ornament.
This wakizashi includes a presentation box. The wood display prop shown in the photos is used for photography and is not listed as an included accessory.
