Can I return my orde?
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return the product within 30 days after receiving the product and get a full refund of the product cost (the shipping fee is not refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee).

What is you shipping time?
We will ship to you by courier. Usually delivery time is between 8-10 business days. however sometimes it is delayed by the customs department, we will provide you with tracking number information so you can track it once it was shipped.
If it is your personalized custom order, usually the production time will be extended to 30-60 days, which will be based on the difficulty of your order process.
How can I check the status of my order?
After the order is processed, you will receive an email containing the order information.
You can track the status of your order on the order page. The courier number will be synchronized to the order page after delivery.
Can I cancel/changing my order after it is placed?
Because I will process the order as soon as I receive it, there is no guarantee that your order can be cancelled. You can contact me as soon as possible to confirm whether the order is being processed. If not, I will change the order for you within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment from paypal.
What if my item arrives broken?
We would be happy to send you a replacement if your item was damaged in transit. Please send a photo of your broken item within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the photo we will be able to send a replacement.
If the item that is damaged is currently out of stock. You can choose goods within the same value (including the same value), or get a full refund (the shipping fee is non-refundable).
